1. About Us

This website is operated by Yula Racing (Pty) Ltd, trading as WheelPro ("WheelPro", "we", "us", "our"), based in Krugersdorp, Gauteng, South Africa. By accessing or purchasing from this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. Wheels are sold as a set of 4 unless stated otherwise; tyres are sold individually. We make reasonable efforts to ensure product information, images, and pricing are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur — in such cases, we will contact you before processing your order.

3. Stock Availability

Stock levels are updated regularly but are not guaranteed in real time. In the rare event an item you've ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you to offer a refund or a suitable alternative.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received via our payment partner, PayFast. We do not store your card or banking details — these are handled securely by PayFast in accordance with their own security standards.

5. Delivery

Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and stock availability and will be communicated at the time of order. Risk in goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Fitment Responsibility

While we aim to assist customers in selecting the correct tyre or wheel fitment for their vehicle, it remains the customer's responsibility to confirm fitment compatibility prior to purchase and/or installation. WheelPro is not liable for damage arising from incorrect fitment chosen by the customer.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of WheelPro or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WheelPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or products purchased through it, except as required under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
